Alex is currently writing their PhD in Sonic Art at The University of Adelaide - presenting a theory and model of recording technology appropriate for the twenty first century. Their most recent publication is in the Journal of the AES.

Alex has engineered for clients including Hilltop Hoods, Tkay Maidza, Allday, and Lonelyspeck, with production experience across all genres of contemporary music - digital, analog and acoustic.

Alex contributes to numerous societies, boards and organisations to further the interests of their community and provides unique insight on the intersection of art, technology, and society.
